Before replying to a ticket, make sure to update the sender address, this crucial step will automatically update the Team signature.
This step must be done once for every new ticket you receive.

👀 Please follow these two simple steps:

1) Click the three dots next to the customer’s name.

2) Click the arrow and select your country-specific email address.

HubSpot is already working on this fix, so you won’t have to update the sender manually in the future.

How to Edit the Subject Line of Your Email Response to the Customer:

1) Click the three dots next to the customer’s name.

2) Replace the text in the "Subjct" field.
